What do we do when it's too much?
Hey beautiful soul.
You doing ok? No... really. How are you?
There's a lot going on right now.
The world seems to be falling apart.
Eclipse season just ended yesterday.
Everyone I've talked to seems to be in an in-between space.
Big businesses are laying people off left and right.
Organizations that used to get funding are hitting walls.
The US government is changing faster than we can keep up.
Entrepreneurs are noticing a big shift in spending.
Even restaurants and grocery stores are seeing us spend differently.
Sure, you might have wonderful things happening right now, yet something seems to be lingering. In the energy field, the air, the ether...
Everything is shifting in a big way.
So, what we can do about it?
I've been finding that this personal growth journey I've been on has been a game of Chutes & Ladders.
You remember that game, right? The one where you climb up the ladder and then slide down the slide. Up, up, up, then all the way down. Up a little, then down a little. Up a little, then down a lot. Up a lot, then down a little.
We get to a point where we feel stronger climbing while being more playful with the slide down. We find more peace in the ups and downs, only to reach the top of the board with a celebration, then look up and see we're at the bottom of the next board.
There's always another level.
This shift we're feeling isn't just our own. It's a collective shift from an old paradigm to a new one. From an old way of being to a new one. Regardless of your beliefs or values, you are seeing something changing. Yet with every shift, there's a shakeup of power, energy, and emotions. Even if it's a positive change.
Many of us are at the bottom of the next board. Looking up at where we need to go next and seeing just how challenging this one will be, YET this time we have stronger muscles, more stamina, and more playfulness to get where we want to go. And many of us are doing this together.
In community.
Side by side.
Hand in hand.
WHAT IF you stopped doing this alone?
WHAT IF you finally said "it's ok to not be ok"?
WHAT IF you were willing to walk alongside others on the path with you?
It's ok to not be ok.
It's ok to admit that you're struggling.
It's ok to share yourself with others.
And it's better to not just vomit vulnerability all over the internet so trolls can comment on why you're never going to get better.
So, what if you allowed yourself to be seen in your struggle?
Without judgment, criticism, or trolls.
With pure love, acceptance, and openness.
You don't have to do this alone.
This is why we created The Brilliant Rebellion.
To build community for ourselves.
To support you in your struggles and celebrate you in your wins.
We're here for you.
So, if you really want to change your direction, you have options.
Maybe all you have to do is say "Hey, I'm not ok."
What's the BEST that can happen?
xoxo
