Trauma is a hard thing to talk about, unless you have a PhD in it. Dr. Julie Lopez finds treasure in the messiness on a daily basis. She was put here on earth to help us all dig into our implicit memory to find out what we need to heal. Dr. Julie and I dug into how we can find peace within the pain and use our experiences to get us where we want to go – especially in these tough times.
