There's a lot of hate on the internet lately.

A lot of name-calling and rude behavior.
Not just from the typical characters who've always been mean.
But also from those I love and respect.

I believe that every human has the right to be.
Period.

Over the years, I've unfollowed, blocked, and walked away from disrespectful people who have a closed mindset and are unwilling to see the possibilities. If someone believes they are superior than others, I'm not available for a relationship. Always happy to have a conversation, yet not interested in being in the energy of those who are "better than."

Those aren't the people I'm talking about.

I'm talking about the people who say they are love and light, yet call names, comment on the looks of those in leadership positions, and say awful things about people they've never met.

Sure, I totally understand how we're all feeling about certain decisions that are being made and how they're affecting us all. I also get that we're all feeling a heaviness... AND there is absolutely NO reason to be fight hatred and awfulness with hatred and awfulness.

Kindness is an act of rebellion. - P!NK

The greatest rebellions are born out of frustration with how we or others are being treated. And no rebellion has ever been more powerful than one done in love.

My heart is hurting watching people I respect use hateful, spiteful, and rude words that feed the darkness when we can be using love, light, and beauty to shine in it instead.

I'm not saying to bend over and take whatever is being thrown your way, but I AM saying that no bully has ever stopped being a bully because you called him names.

So, I'm calling all of you beautiful Lightworkers, healers, love-muffins, and growth-minded leaders to rebellion–through love.

For those of us who remember the CareBears, let's link arms like they did and send out all the love and light we possibly can. Facing the darkness and hate with our most powerful tool–our love.

The next time you see or hear someone being rude, take a breath, put a smile on your face, and send them some love in return.

Kindness is an act of rebellion.
